Maths Unlocked is a GCSE maths revision platform designed to help pupils practise maths, build confidence and track progress. It may include:

• Daily 10 revision
• GCSE topic practice
• quizzes
• explanations and feedback
• progress tracking
• parent, tutor and teacher tools
• paid plans
• school tools
• workbook and tutoring information

2. Who can use Maths Unlocked?

Maths Unlocked may be used by pupils, parents and guardians, tutors, teachers, schools and other authorised users.

If you are a pupil, you should use Maths Unlocked with the knowledge of a parent, guardian, teacher or tutor where appropriate.

3. Accounts

Users must provide accurate account information.

You must not:

• share your password
• use someone else’s account
• pretend to be someone else
• try to access another user’s information
• interfere with the app’s security or operation

Maths Unlocked may suspend or remove accounts that are misused.

4. Educational use

Maths Unlocked is designed to support revision and learning.

It does not guarantee:

• a particular exam grade
• a particular test result
• that every topic will appear in an exam
• that using the app replaces school teaching or professional tutoring

Pupils should still follow school guidance and revise using a range of appropriate resources.

5. Content accuracy

Maths Unlocked aims to provide accurate maths questions, answers, explanations and diagrams.

6. Free and paid access

Maths Unlocked may offer:

Paid features, prices and plan limits will be shown clearly before purchase.

7. Payments, renewals and cancellation

Where subscriptions are offered:

• prices will be shown before purchase
• payment may be handled by a third-party payment provider
• subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled
• users should cancel before renewal if they do not wish to continue
• refund terms will be explained at checkout or in the relevant subscription information

8. Intellectual property

The Maths Unlocked name, branding, questions, explanations, diagrams, worksheets, app structure and learning materials belong to Maths Unlocked or its creator unless stated otherwise.

You must not copy, sell, publish, scrape, mass-download or redistribute Maths Unlocked content without permission.

Tutors, teachers and schools may use Maths Unlocked content only within the permissions of their plan.

9. Acceptable use

You must use Maths Unlocked responsibly. You must not:

• upload or enter offensive, abusive or illegal content
• attempt to hack, copy or damage the app
• use bots or automated scraping tools
• share paid content publicly
• interfere with another user’s learning or account
• use the platform for anything unsafe or unlawful

10. Parent, tutor and teacher responsibilities

Parents, tutors and teachers should only access pupil information where they have a legitimate reason to do so.

Schools and tutors are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission to create or manage pupil accounts where required.

11. Sponsors

Sponsors may help fund the free version of Maths Unlocked.

Sponsors do not control the educational content, questions, marking, feedback or recommendations in Maths Unlocked.

12. Changes to Maths Unlocked

Maths Unlocked may change, update, pause or remove features as the platform develops.

We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we cannot guarantee that every feature will always remain available.

13. Limitation of liability

Maths Unlocked is provided as an educational support tool.

We are not responsible for:

• exam results
• school decisions
• loss caused by misuse of the app
• temporary technical problems
• issues caused by third-party services outside our control

This does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
