Use this page to request deletion of your Maths Unlocked account and understand what happens to your data and subscriptions.

Last updated: 30 August 2026

Delete your account in Maths Unlocked

Sign in, open Your account, then choose Delete account. Read the explanation, tick the confirmation box and choose Confirm account deletion. This submits the request from inside Maths Unlocked; you do not need to send an email.

If you cannot sign in, contact admin@mathsunlocked.uk for help regaining access or submitting a verified request.

Data included in deletion

Where legally possible, deleting the account includes removing:

  • the Maths Unlocked account profile and account identifiers;
  • saved quiz results, learning progress and revision activity;
  • student and linked profile data associated with the account; and
  • subscription entitlement records used to provide access to paid features.

Some payment, invoice, accounting, fraud-prevention, security or legal records may need to be retained where required by law, a payment provider or a legitimate dispute. Where records must be retained, they will be kept only for the required purpose and period.

Cancel subscriptions separately

Deleting your Maths Unlocked account or removing the app does not automatically cancel a subscription. Please cancel through the provider that processed the purchase:

  • Apple App Store subscriptions must be cancelled in your Apple subscription settings.
  • Google Play subscriptions must be cancelled in your Google Play subscription settings.
  • Web subscriptions paid through Stripe can be cancelled through the Maths Unlocked account and billing flow, or by contacting support at admin@mathsunlocked.uk.
